I have only used it 4 times. The first time was cool. My hair became softer and thicker and I was pleasantly surprised. And I was pleased that he had a pleasant smell. The second and third time the hair fell out. I know this can happen when switching hair products, so I've been trying to keep up with it. But after the fourth time I was in tears. First of all, I have very fine and thin hair, but last time I lost more than twice my usual amount. It was in my shower drain plug, in my brush, and I even pulled it out just by running my hands through my hair drove. My hair continued to break and fall out even after going back to my regular products for 2 or 3 more washes. I immediately tried the phone number on the bottle several times but he just called and called and called. There is no contact information on the website so I emailed asking for immediate help. But no reaction to that either. They clearly do NOT want to hear from customers. As a result of the damage I had to chop off 7 inches and add long layers to try to hide the breakage and lighten the weight to see if it would look a bit fuller to cover up the hair loss. I love vegan, natural foods so this was a huge disappointment in so many ways. Even my stylist was surprised when he saw this. I literally have nothing good to say about this product or this company.
