The great thing about this skirt is that it's big because you can wrap and tie it, but the bad thing is that you can't put it on. For size comparison, I'm 5ft 6in and 118lbs, size 3. It was loose on me because I couldn't tighten it any more. I wore it to a party and it was my mermaid outfit and I loved it! Wear short panties underneath and I'm pretty sure my panties were tucked in all night while I danced. It had the perfect amount of glitter and I would definitely get another one in a different color!
