My son really liked the hat. But the hat was wrinkled, I thought there were no problems. We could take care of him well enough and he'd be wearing this. We were wrong. The back clasp doesn't hold at all. We tried fitting the hat, making it bigger, but none of the holes broke or held. The hat was returned but was then charged a $7 restocking fee as the cap was wrinkled on return shipping. The hat was defective so I had to send it back first. It was impossible to bear. The fact that I was still paid for the refill seems unfair to me. If the hat just doesn't fit and was damaged during return shipping I would understand more. Not this case.
