The first impression after unpacking: either a stain or dried glue, as in the photo. Bad start. Other reviewers had this issue as well, but I was hoping that the issue was resolved. I tried them on hoping I could just trade them in. Despite checking the measurements before ordering, found them to be too tight making the length look awkward and odd. I have ordered shoes online and have never had this problem. This is definitely not a measurement error on my part. My heel hurt from the moment they stepped on my feet, even though they weren't even firmly pressed against my heels. I didn't even have to take a step to feel uncomfortable. They will definitely cause blisters and pain the first time you use them. Save yourself the frustration and hassle of having to return them.
