After installation, I put it on the sofa. He fell flat on the floor. I wasn't too concerned as it was a small drop and had a protective film on it. I took it and the screen broke. Worse, it doesn't even respond. I was expecting it to be slower than the Samsung, but since I use it to screen people at dealer events I wasn't overly concerned, but it doesn't survive even the smallest of drops with a screen protector. In the end I decided on the Samsung. Sometimes you have to pay more. It took a while to set up because it's really slower, but it's clearly not a quality product. I ended up losing $100. I thought about replacing the screen but it takes weeks and it's only really good as a paperweight, even if it works. I have to say that I'm not entirely shocked that it got cracked, but it doesn't work at all anymore.
