Decent case. The only thing I don't like about it is that the belt flexes and gives a lot of recoil. I understand you need to be able to wrap the pencil, but the sagging will cause you to fold the lid to stand up on the iPad. If you move the iPad forward or backward, the extra play will weaken the support of the folded covers, causing the weight of the iPad to loosen the folded covers and the iPad to fall. All you have to do is hold the iPad and the back of the folded lid and move it around instead of just pushing the iPad away or pulling it towards you.
