I love this bag! This is definitely an upgrade from my previous book bag which broke after about a month. I got this over the summer, use it every day (I work for life) and it's still as perfect as the day I got it. No foreign smells, all zippers work properly, the color corresponds to the declared. I love how many compartments there are (and they're all surprisingly roomy) as I carry a lot of stuff. The adjustable shoulder straps are a big plus as I'm a very short person. When I say it's roomy, I mean it fits in my wallet, makeup, lotion, ladies' items, snacks, juice box, and more. And don't miss the occasional side zip like I almost did - there's plenty of room too! Overall it gets 10/10 and I am very satisfied.
