I like that they are very knowledgeable about all aspects of our business.

They have helped us understand what we need to do when it comes time for renewal or new contracts from partners. They also know how much money we bring into our organization each month which helps them determine pricing models. That said - nothing! The team at GN has been great overall but there aren't any problems right now so no complaints here either!! Have gone through multiple renewals over last 6 years including 5 different billing providers (which was painful).
