I have a lot of experience with different brands of these devices; It was the worst thing I've ever tried. I plugged it into the USB port and the green light came on like it was about to work. Windows 7 reports that the latest drivers are already installed and ready to use. My favorite ArcSoft ShowBiz software recognized the device and said it was ready to use; but NO VIDEO and NO AUDIO. After several wasted hours trying to get it working, even downloading and installing the free OSB to no avail. I have sent it back for a refund and will stick with the 4x price of the Io DATA device; I had two of these and it was about three years before they died; Video and audio from Io DATA is as good as the original source. It's a waste of time - that's what I get when I'm trying to save money.
