I bought this cable lock to replace the one I had for ten years but lost. I chose this device because I was using it on my eBike and wanted to use the strongest 12mm cable instead of the thinner 10mm or less common cable. The fact that he had five combinations against the usual four didn't matter. This device also has a very handy mount that I attached to the seat post which made it less likely that I would drop and lose it. I also like the very convenient way to set up/change the combination. After 13 years I forgot how to install my previous cable lock. This device has an adjustment tool right in front of me every time I pick the lock. Even I can't forget it.
