To be honest I was just about to give a 4 star review after receiving a faulty LED from them and being a bit confused, which LEDs are really suitable for license plates. Region. Late one evening I sent them a quick email outlining the problem I was having and I received a response, not in 2 weeks or 2 days but in 2 hours that they would send a replacement. I was very impressed with the quick response, on both occasions I contacted them. As for the LED, I really like the light it emits. not too extreme, but clearly visible difference in appearance and light. Easy to replace with included tool. Instead of a tool, you need a small screwdriver to get to the vanity lights. Impressed so far. and all I had to do was replace a blown lightbulb. I guess be big or go home - or pay your local auto parts store a fortune for a lightbulb.
