Not worth the dollar for small appliances
I have a much smaller version and it's such a powerful little workhorse but it was too small. I have a cafe and have to fit more as I use it to make pepper cheese. It's terrible! It's a hard mixed cream cheese! How is that possible? I have to keep stopping it and smashing the cheese to get the blade to stick to it, and what's worse, it makes a horrible high-pitched screech! I wanted to send it back but my husband tore up the package. I need to find newer, better and faster ones
