These brand new headphones. They look like they'd be perfect for my job as an emergency dispatcher. They're comfortable and even come with two pairs of ear pads (leather and foam). I can hear her radio conversations VERY well, to the point where I have to turn the volume down or I go deaf. Unfortunately, this aspect of scope doesn't work both ways. This is my first day in them and my interlocutors have complained several times about not being able to hear me.
