Great for the top latch

My grandson and wife couldn't reach the top latch on our barn door. If I wasn't home, they had to wait until I got home to open the door and get my grandson's lawn mower or dirt bike out of the shed. The chain hoist worked great to access the solid side of the barn door. Seems to be of good quality and heavy enough for a bigger door than mine.
