They are very well made and designed for tough use. I needed to wall mount my TV and wanted to spend $90 on a Sanus wall mount and then decided to take a closer look. I found this company called Loktek. All of their products seem to be well appreciated which is why I said it's 1/3 the price of Sanus so if it sucks I can return it. This thing is on par with Sanus products! They made it SUPER easy to install and the quality just stands out. Cold rolled steel is a damn strong material and well made overall. I was curious how I would assemble it myself but it wasn't really difficult at all.
