Installation was a nightmare. Some of the bumper parts were damaged in transit because the parts were not secured in the boxes (I bought both front and rear bumpers). Other parts looked like they had been damaged at the factory. (Many scuffs and nicks on both bumpers) It took me and my father-in-law (a mechanic with 35 years experience) almost 6 hours to install because we had to rebend some of the brackets to fit. They also lacked some equipment. (A few nuts, bolts, and washers) The drawer's lock had to be bent to engage, and the slides didn't engage on either side of the drawer either. I will never buy a go rhino product again.
