Terrible umbrella/umbrella. Terrible customer service. First off, it's specified for rain and sun, but it doesn't block rain. When I first used it, raindrops seeped through the seams and onto my head. The day was rainy, without storm and wind. I couldn't believe it was so poorly designed. Second, the button on the side doesn't work to close the umbrella. It's marked as auto-closing, but when the button is pressed, only the top closes, leaving the metal rod extended. It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that manual closing is extremely difficult. Even my husband had to use two hands to try to close it and he tried his best. Third, it is very heavy and uncomfortable. This is by far the heaviest umbrella I have ever owned. I would never have bought it if I kept it in a store. It doesn't fit in a purse, and if it does, it makes things heavier. The worst part was when I wrote to the seller about all these issues I was completely ignored. This really shows that they are just trying to make a quick profit and don't care about their customers. They don't even find the time to send a basic reply. I don't need this umbrella. I am absolutely dissatisfied. You cannot rely on this product and you cannot rely on this company.
