Review on Restaurant Schedules Made Simple by Ray Sheptock

I like how easy it makes restaurant scheduling, this really helped me out with my job as a server! Easy to use/learn and there weren't many things i didn't enjoy about its features but nothing in particular either.

It's not always up-to date so you have to keep checking back often if your using another time manager software or website other than RSMS which takes some of the fun away from working at a busy place because usually everyone else uses one too. There are much better apps available though that give more flexibility with being able to schedule tables by seating chart and individual customers instead of only entire groups (which can be frustrating sometimes). This was great when we were having issues keeping our servers' jobs well planned/scheduled during off hours such as weekends and holidays when no managers could help us due to them already taking shifts elsewhere.
