I have mixed feelings about this product. They should only be worn for a short time and then thrown away. I love that you can do things without leaving home. But the end product is a bit small and a bit weird in the mouth. I'm used to aligners that fill the entire dentition from above or below. It's easy to do. The instructions are clear, but you need to use the product to quickly take an impression of your teeth. I was too slow and it hardened before I could use it. Luckily they give you an extra product but I think it could be done better. Maybe if they provided 2 different sized trays that you could choose for your mouth size? Either way, it's a good idea. I just feel like it could be improved.
