The shoes didn't stay on my heels.

I really liked the shoes. I liked the rise in the heel. However, due to the instep, the heel of the boot didn't rise high enough to keep my heel in the boot. My foot kept slipping off the heel, and no matter how hard I tightened it, it still wouldn't hold. For this reason I had to return the shoes. It's a shame, because otherwise I really like her
