Not sure if my first review passed or not but I gave it 5 stars for the duration and cost per day ratio. (My first cover review) This case was an excellent buy for me at $47.64. I got my money back in trade. I bought this case on 09/11/2016. I need to park my 2005 Suzuki V-Strom DL-1000 next to my house. I live in southern Nevada with searing heat and melting UV rays. This cover saved my MC plastic, seat and paint and undoubtedly kept it closed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My MC doesn't have cases so I let the lid down all the way to protect the tires from sunlight/UV. The little bungee cords for the hooks are kinda crappy but they worked lol for 0.07 cents a day under cover I won't whine for a second. So when I came back from a business trip and saw a storm blow through and tear up my MC case, I immediately grabbed the Revain and bought another case. The burgundy has faded a bit but I can live with that. I also liked the scratch-resistant fabric that sticks to the windshield on the inside of the cover. Today's review 11/12/2018 I'm not satisfied at all, the second picture says it all, the second case only lasted 3.5 months in the same weather conditions, same parking lot etc. etc. Second case bought on 07/29/2018, and in Sitting outside during my MC's short life, I quickly noticed that the fabric was fading very quickly and stress lines were visible on the back. fabrics. The stitching is preserved until now, but the fabric is thinner or of lower quality than the one I bought on 9/11/2016 (the model is exactly the same color and size XXL). The small plastic ring at the bottom of the lid also fell apart within the first month. I will be buying a more durable outdoor lid for my MC, NOT a Nelson Rigg product. Thank you Nelson Rigg for serving people who trust your products. I have also checked other people who have tried to get a refund or product replacement and this seems like a waste of time as well.
