For the sake of full disclosure, I've never used expensive Plantronics headsets. However, it is just wonderful. I was considering purchasing a Plantronics kit and was encouraged to purchase by the reviews. You were accurate. The quality is amazing. People hear me well and I hear them well. The battery life is impressive. They are easy to use, connect and charge. Your Bluetooth range is good. I literally have no complaints. I can't say they're as good as Plantronics because I've never used them, but I can say that for a fraction of the price, the New Bees perform well in every way I've been looking for.
