This frame costs money. All other frames are $80-$100+. That being said, you have to be tricky in Ofer for the framework to work for you. In addition, everyone knocked on their diploma. I would recommend buying photo corners, these are little stickers sold on Amazon for $10 that don't allow you to put tape on the diploma. So I put the tassel on the loop and attached the excess to the wet pad. Then I traced the outline of the mat on the white backing to center my diploma, then measured and placed the sticky squares as you can see in my picture. I collected them all and hung them up. Your job is to basically save money. Its worth it!
