I was surprised and disappointed when I opened the package and it wasn't there.

I was surprised and disappointed when I opened the box to find that the strap did not come with any needles. How cheap and most importantly inconvenient it is not to get new pins on an expensive watch strap. Every strap I saw at local stores had pins. Is it important to save five cents? Hey Hadley Roma, this is a 14mm strap and it's not that difficult or expensive to insert pins for the strap. My wife would give the strap five stars for quality and style. I am generous with two stars due to poor marketing practices.
