I'm 5'1" and 5175lbs, I usually wear a size medium but based on reviews I went up a size. Fits perfectly but as it is a wrap dress I would take size XL BECAUSE I am LARGE in the curvy pear shaped hips so it would be more flowy and not tight. I will buy more in XL. beautiful dress I bought red.
