I had a small touch and needed to install a new larger TV. The thought of ripping off my beautiful hand and paying for another one was not a pleasant thought. This adapter plate was exactly what I needed. Screw the adapter plate to the smaller head on my arm and then attach the TV. Simple, very reliable and works great. I had to purchase screws for my TV, but this was to be expected given the wide variety of sizes required for all the different TVs on the market. Trip to Home Depot and I had everything I needed. The panel itself is very strong, there is no chance of it breaking or bending if installed correctly.
