On levels 1 and 2, a full refuel will last you the entire night, and even into the morning. 2) It's quiet. My folks have an ancient one, and it sounds like the usual. It is audible, yet it doesn't cause any distractions. While others claim to hear ultrasound (although I hear from other equipment, for example, from charging phones). Is it a moisturizing formula? I can't say for sure because I didn't move the sensor throughout the space. But the feelings suggest that after a full day of labor, breathing got easier and more enjoyable.
