Doesn't work right away so will be back Monday. The delivery was late and the overall experience so far has not been good. On the plus side, the hardware isn't as big as I thought it would be. Also, the light isn't very bright, so don't worry about a ton of light in your car. I had high hopes for it but didn't go. Update: 6/15/10 (launch 1 to 3) We've finally launched a serviced device so I'm sure these things happen but you know us picky consumers. I found the basic service useless and you really need 2 minute updates or better. Works well with the extension cord I bought to download. A few questions I just had to find out for myself. Alerts are significantly delayed, so you really can't hold anyone accountable for it. The vehicle failure warning is useful, but can come 10-12 minutes earlier than it actually happened. However, in a pinch you need to find or track the vehicle, it does this basic job. Second, the car's ignition warning just doesn't register. Personally I wouldn't use it for business purposes based on what I've seen, but not bad for home use and more accurate than Sprint's cell phone tracking service.
