I have already adapted to first picking out the cake, and then shaking out the remnants. Oddly enough, but the best foam is obtained from cheap powdered milk with a fat content of 3.2. Expensive high-quality milk sometimes does not even foam or the foam immediately falls off. Is this quality milk? Whoops! The type of coffee, grinding and the amount of ground coffee per volume of liquid also have to be carefully selected. Still in search.
