After 5 months of operation, just like that, during the next wash, the plastic drain insert fell out of the horn, after examining it, it turned out that the plastic cracked inside (visible due to high temperatures. In addition, a strainer began to fall out of the dispenser a little earlier, but it can be inserted back. I thought this a trifle, they should be replaced under warranty . It wasn’t there . They immediately said that they themselves broke a non-warranty type case, I replied that the horn was not mechanically damaged at all, it was not disassembled (the screw slot in the photo confirms this), only washed under a tap is the maximum. Then they "respected" and asked for a photo, in fact, they are in the attachment. By the evening I received an answer with an undisguised lie from the service, which was not based on anything, they just came up with it on the go: "Good afternoon!
