Great integration with Salesforce and tons of features

The interface of Epica seems very logical and intuitive with an easy way to input historical information from various sources such as CRMs or Salesforce.

It's great knowing we have all our customer info in one place! There are some features I wish were more robust. For example, it would be nice if you could upload photos to go along with your account profile instead having to fill out another form just so they can see what someone looks like when signing up for their services. We're able to aggregate this info into 1 dashboard which gives us insight into who might want to purchase certain products at different times throughout the day/week.

  • Easy data aggregation across multiple systems that allows seamless integration between them without complex coding requirements also provides flexibility about inputs & outputs within each system too eases implementation.
  • Can handle any size transaction quickly due its fast architecture
  • Flexible analytics dashboards allow quick interpretation by managers,
  • Support multi platforms (SAP FI)
