This thing is amazing. You can add any bike handlebar mount. I threw away the one that came with it and got a magnetic handlebar mount from Scosch. You can add any style you like. Most bike mounts come with a silicone grip that you can wrap around your phone for extra durability off-road. You can also add a GoPro bike mount and I've added a handlebar bag that sits on top for extra storage. This is one of the best phone mounts I've ever seen. I recommend putting foam sealing tape under the legs to better protect the dash, but it's not really necessary. And if a fastener you're adding isn't tight enough, you can add elastic or tape for friction and better grip. If you don't mind cutting the mat but still need it, you can order a replacement for less than $10.
