It is easy to use as all of our phones are synced with one another so once we set up an app it makes everything super simple! The only thing I dislike sometimes when using this service in my car (especially if other passengers have their phone plugged into them) there's noise from everyone else talking over eachother but that could be because they're having conversations at times? Also while driving your mind goes blank every now again like what am i doing here?? haha just kidding!! This helps keep me organized by keeping track off appointments etc.. The customer service is outstanding! They are always willing to go above an beyond when it comes down to making sure your needs get met in every way possible!! I have never had any issues with this team of professionals that support our network infrastructure here at my school district. Nothing really as far too much work satisfaction goes but they do try very hard so its all good :).
