I have had nighttime carpal tunnel syndrome in one or both hands for many years. A few months ago, after two days of roller-rolling the ceiling, my STS deteriorated and both hands tingled all day. I first bought soft braces and the tingling in the CTS has subsided. The orthopedist simply recommended me a hard splint and it was very effective during the day and at night. My nighttime tingling has stopped and the remaining daytime tingling is fading. My wrist is about 7 inches and the diameter of my folded arm is less than 9 inches. " - Fingers spread. This splint can be worn in larger hands. This splint comes with one metal splint and two plastic splints - the documentation states that there are two metal splints that are bent to fit into the 'palm cup' fit and secure them.
