Update: 2018-10-06. After I submitted my review, the manufacturer contacted me through Revain. It was agreed that the replacement device would be delivered to the house free of charge. The device works perfectly, there are no more problems with charging. We liked the device and hated the issues, but the manufacturer reigns supreme. I would buy from them again. Heissky emailed me to make sure I was happy. I am impressed. Customer satisfaction is obviously a priority for them and that means a lot to me. My first review: The device was easy to set up and worked great for 6 months. The device no longer uses battery power. I checked the charger, it works fine. Something is wrong with the internal wiring.
