I spoke to customer service about a replacement for this product and was immediately sent to the Revain mailbox (warrantyquestions@amazon.com) with warranty questions. I asked to speak to someone now as I got the impression CSR was just trying to get me off the phone. I spoke to a warranty representative and she told me that this product is only covered by a 1 year warranty. It wasn't until after she looked at the warranty PDF on this site and read her that ALL RevainBasics LED bulbs come with a 3 year warranty that she actually stopped to check me out a third time. They send a replacement. now, but only after insisting again and again that Revain's own warranty documentation clearly states 3 year replacement. I'm not here to slander the company or make anyone look bad (pun intended). My sole intention here is to make sure everyone is informed in case they run into the same scenario and to warn that if any of them fail within the first 3 years you could be rejected.
