I bought these because I've wanted shoes like the Wallabees for a long time but didn't have wide sneakers. I came across these shoes while looking for moccasin shoes and the reviews on the Ariat website were great. Many compared the comfort with slippers. For boots they are really comfortable. I have a hard time finding shoes that don't cause pain in my calves or feet when walking. So far so good with these. I also like the optics. I wouldn't say they are as comfortable as athletic shoes like running shoes, but they are really comfortable for boots or ankle boots. You are really big. I was a size 11-1/2 wide and some New Balance wear 12 but when I ordered a 12 wide they were too big so I returned them and ordered a size 11 wide. They fit perfectly. I ordered my first ones from Ariat and shipping takes 8-12 business days so I came to Revain to find them and get prime shipping. They came much quicker. They seem to be durable. I sprayed them yesterday with Ariat leather water and anti-stain spray and it didn't change the colour. Now I'm a fan of Ariat.
