My daughter loves this dwarf hamster cage. She liked the wire cage idea better than the colored plastic cage, but wanted pipes and a second level. And she wanted to be easy to clean. This fit the bill. She has a hard time putting the green tray back on when she takes it off to wash (she is 12). If my husband doesn't help her, she just wipes the tray with a sponge and soap and water. compartment while it is in place. She loves that it has 2 access doors. She can reach out and pet her hamster no matter the level. She can reach through the top door while he's on the green tray and just leave it in her hand for a while. She can also shove a whole small exercise ball into that top hole and her congested body will just slide right through. When she's ready to put it back, she puts the ball back and it crawls out of the ball onto the green plane. She loves watching him race up and down the tube. We can definitely recommend this cage.
