The support team at agnibiz are always helpful with any questions I have regarding my BI project or implementation of new tools to our system.

They also provide weekly demos so that we can see how they implement their products into ours as well! Nothing really comes across for me negatively about this product but more positively it has helped us reduce time spent finding information within reports by over 90%. It's definitely worth looking up if you're having trouble locating certain data points from your own systems which helps save valuable man hours every day while improving workflows internally between departments/projects etc - This was not something i had realized before using ABAP Reports Manager however now its very easy access all kinds of useful graphs & charts via one platform rather than many different ones (e.g Excel).
