I have to say it's pretty cool technology! I got this so my kid can communicate with my parents without having to track them with my phone to keep them in frame. I just put my laptop on a chair in the living room and let the kid run around and it worked really well! Tracking is very responsive. The camera looks great with a fabric front cover covering the microphones. My parents had no hearing problems. Finally, I think the best part is that the tracking function is built into the camera. You don't need to install and run a specific program, which is great. This makes it easy to switch between computers without worrying about software. The camera was plug and play and easy to use.
