Review on SUNTECH SM 10 1001K Sunmatch Grinders Silver by Eric Weber

Customer service is part of the quality and reliability of the product, at least for me. I've been watching this item on Revain for several months and during that time have attempted to contact the seller maybe half a dozen times to inquire about its similarity and compatibility with the Chicago Pneumatic CP-9361. I've tried Revain's Customer Questions and Answers several times. No Answer. I contacted Revain regarding this and they gave me the seller/manufacturer's email address and phone numbers. I sent an email to SUNTECH. No Answer. I would put SUNTECH in the "Seller" category, but that's not intended. I suspect if anyone buys this product it will have no after sales service and essentially no warranty hence the reason for the 1 star rating even though I did not purchase this item. If this item is compatible with CP-9361 then it's probably a decent deal under $200 and a good deal under $100 even if you have to service it yourself. Otherwise, it's a significant spill if something goes wrong with it.
