I've been trying to attach the clamps to the rope for over an hour. Don't believe the man in the video, it's not a simple "just click and click" thing. It's super hard plastic with clips that barely work and a rope that's too thick to "just clip and put in the hole in the back". My hands are beating like hell and I didn't even make it because the plastic won't budge and the thick cheap rope barely fits in the back. Had my husband not thrown the box away in a rare cleaning frenzy this would have been returned to Revain STAT. A $20 regret is what it is. And I tried to put on my husband's three beautiful baseball caps with one of the clips. HA. To get them to fit, I'd have to essentially crush them or risk ripping off the top button. Stick your hand in a cheese grater and buy hat hooks. Hats hang better and you save money while having the full buying experience. A complete mess.
