Once used, this can be a great electronic tool. I contacted the seller about a broken pin 28 of the chip and they promised me a replacement but it hasn't arrived yet. The reason I think the component is damaged is because not much attention has been paid to packaging and protecting the components for shipping. Also connecting a 28 pin chip to the included header would have helped, or a gasket. I think I should ask the seller for updates. I'll upgrade to five stars if it works, shame about the broken pin.
