Review on Red Christmas Tree Skirt with Gold Edge: Non-Woven Fabric Xmas Decoration by Kenneth Rich

DO NOT BUY - NOT AS PICTURED!

Can I give 0 stars? Photo #1 shows what appears to be a felt circle ruffled with gold fabric with a sewn edge. This is not at all what I received. When the package arrived it was sealed to the size of a slice of bread. I expected it to fold but not compress. When I opened it up and realized the creases would make sharp creases, I figured I could just wet it and fluff it up in the dryer. Oh vice versa. If I wet it I think it would dissolve. The red "felt" looks more like paper. The gold "ruffle" as you can see in photos #2 and #3 is not assembled as it should be, it is flat. It also looks more like plastic wrap, which is as thick as disposable picnic tablecloths. There is no stitched edge. The "ruffle" isn't even attached to the red circle as a whole. In picture #4 you can see where each piece is sewn together and overlapped. I only paid $6.95 for it so I was expecting it to be cheap but not that gross. I also spent an extra $7.75 on shipping to get it here by Christmas Eve and boy was that a rip off. I'll use it - it hides artificial tree legs, and that's the main thing, and doesn't let my gifts sit right on the ground. And once the presents are on, I don't see as much of the ugly thing anymore. But after Christmas, this junk goes straight into the trash can.
