Great Service from very knowledgeable staff

Very easy integration to integrate in our point of sale system, good support via chat function if you need help for set up or customization purposes, ability to customize as much / little needed. Customization can sometimes be tricky because some features are not supported by RecordTrack but this will get better over time once they release further updates which improve their services/features available for a price. If your looking for an outsource service provider that provides high quality work along side great customer support then consider record track! They really know how to provide outstanding products at fantastic prices so go check them out!! The main reason I chose Record Track was its ease of integrating within my existing Sage 50 ERP Software and also having access to additional reporting functions i couldn't find anywhere else through other providers we were considering. We love that it has an easy to use interface! I can easily navigate through my store without having any problems at all (which was not always true when using other programs). It also makes our job easier by allowing us as managers of multiple locations in one central location so we don't have too many tabs open or emails going back n forth between different employees/stores within recordtrak itself which helps keep everything organized.

  • Sales software systems including Retailsoft POS Manager; Great Customer Support team who actually understand retail & hospitality industries needs unlike others providing similar cloud computing type solutions from what research shows me
Cons
  • Would like more native capabilities into mobile phones such as tablets etc.but there is nothing major yet
