Good customer service, responsive to any questions I had during their sales process! They made it easy by explaining how they work for each client and what was needed in order to meet my needs. The website looks good and has all of my information collected up front with little effort. Their marketing team knows exactly where to place ads so we can reach our target audience. There are no complaints about this software at this time. It's great, very user friendly and meets all of our goals when looking into media buying options. I like how easy it was to create ads with their platform, they were very helpful in setting up my account and getting me started. It took them awhile to get my first ad live but once we did everything worked great! They are constantly improving their product so if you're looking for something new this isn't your best choice. If you want to be able to reach people easily then use wiget media. We have been able to advertise our business and gain more customers through their system.
