Do not buy. GARBAGE. When it arrived I thought the packers put the wrong piece in the box. The base will not "snap" into place and will not stick to the cart. The photo shows that at the base there is a glued seam for fastening. There is no other way to attach the two parts. When you put the carriage on the base, it will be too loose to rotate without being glued. The base is also rigid and requires very little force to turn. It's badly designed. We threw away the base and used the carriage separately. The wagon is pretty solid, but I wanted a lazy Susan wagon. Spring. GARBAGE.
