This is the worst purchase I've ever made!
TLDR: Do not buy! After the first half-rainy day, not only were the screws and metal parts rusted, but the chair still rotated vertically even when I overtightened the screws. The metal is cheap, the chair itself somehow held up well in the water and got wet pants after a few meters of travel. The design is also flawed, the bolts actually scratch the legs when you pedal.
