Loved this watch for the first few days. Now it doesn't count steps anywhere near accurately, if at all. If I don't swing my arms enough, it doesn't count at all. If I swing my arms too much, the score goes up. I changed my height and inseam to solve this problem. No luck so far. Heart rate seems pretty accurate. I have no way of testing the accuracy of the sleep tracker. It doesn't allow you to choose your bedtime. It tracks only at certain times. In fact, this is a watch that gives a rough idea of the steps. It's easy to use. The app is easy to understand and use. Watch face choice is limited and it's not great, but it works. The battery life is excellent. This watch has advantages, but in my opinion there are more disadvantages. It's good for the first watch to see if you're actually going to use a sports tracker watch. Not recommended for serious users.
