Sharp cheap and Sterile

Exactly as advertised. Came in original box from manufacturer. Do not put these in the autoclave. But they are sterile from manufacturer. Other reviewers complained about them not being sharp enough. I did not have any difficulty with any of them.

Pros
  • I used it to remove a planters wart. Did the job.
Cons
  • The product may not be accessible or affordable for smaller labs or low-budget projects

Use for dermaplaning

I use these for Dermaplaning and they’re sharp but tend to go dull quick. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing them again. There may be limitations to the accuracy and precision of these scalpels compared to higher-end surgical tools.

Pros
  • Exactly what I expect and I will order again.
Cons
  • There may be limitations to the accuracy and precision of these scalpels compared to higher-end surgical tools

Very Sharp. be mindful

the blade on the bottom extends to a point it WILL nick / cut your adjacent finger.the scalpel comes with a protective cover. Cut the top off with sharp scissors or wire cutters.slide the cover down the handle to protect your adjacent finger from getting nicked.Great value. I will definitely buy these again.

Pros
  • Great, closer than close. Clients love the treatment.
Cons
  • The disposable nature of the product contributes to non-sustainable practices in the medical industry

Dull quickly on my review.

These dull very quickly. I use these for dermaplaning and I feel like I need a new one by the time I get to the 2nd half of the face.

Pros
  • Great product at great price .
Cons
  • These scalpels are dull and did not work for dermaplaning. Look for an alternative.

Sharp & dependable for my opinion

These work great for dermaplaning. I’m an Aesthetician and I use them quite often. I’ve purchased several different ones and these are the best I have found.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • The blades may become dull quickly, requiring frequent replacements

Older then expected.

I'm not a doctor so I can't tell how well this compares to others. It seems well built, solid, and very sharp. I would have given it five stars had it not been for the mfg/exp dates. When I ordered I saw that they expire in five years. I figured that they would probably be a few months old but not two years. If this is normal then they should say so. If this is normal then I hope hospitals and doctors catch them before they expire.

Pros
  • These work great for dermaplaning. They are very sharp so be aware that you can cut yourself easily.
Cons
  • The sterile packaging is excessive and generates unnecessary waste

Not Sharp!: my feedback

Purchased to dermaplane. Do not care for this product. The blades are not sharp. Disappointed. the product is a waste of money.

Pros
  • On my second box these are great for dermaplaning love them.
Cons
  • Not as described by some people for dermaplaning.

Great scalpels for a great price

Very pleased. I've had no issues with the sharpness as complained about by some reviewers. These particular scalpels have never let me down. Also. I prefer the removable sleeve over the sliding cover that is attached (which often doesn't stay in place during use putting the handler at risk for being cut. The attached sleeve may also get in the way from being so bulky). So I much prefer the sleeves you can remove completely. I've ordered several times & never had an issue with sharpness of the…

Pros
  • As advertised.
Cons
  • Didn’t work

Disappointment,Dull,Buyers Remorse

Bought these to use for dermaplaning facial skin/peach fuzz. Extremely disappointing! Very very dull. I threw them in the trash after trying three!

Pros
  • Perfect for dermablading. Be careful.
Cons
  • Do not buy

Great deal best in my review

These scalpels are disposable yet sturdy. They are used for art and woodworking purposes. I highly recommend them. Very good - easy to use..

Pros
  • Very good - easy to use.
Cons
  • Shipping was fast. The blades are not as sharp as I hoped for.

Dull, dull dull on my review.

Horrible. Do not waste your money. Extremely dull. I usually buy Miltex but they weren't available. Thought I would try these. Big mistake. I would return them but already tried using one.

Pros
  • I love these scalpos so much, perfect for my crafts
Cons
  • These are perfect but I prefer a rounded tip for dermaplaning. That way you don’t stab or cut yourself.

Blades are kind of dull for dermaplaning.

I got these just to use on myself but I have used better. I found there were about 2 good blades out of the whole box. A lot of the blades would not get rid of my little hairs when dermaplaning but they did okay getting rid of the dead skin cells.

Pros
  • however with pressure they slice well. For the price its right.
Cons
  • Very dullExaxto knife is sharper

Excellent for Dermaplaning!

These are fantastic! Bought them for Dermaplaning my clients and they work like a charm! They get all the peach fuzz and dead skin! Already reordered and will continue to👍

Pros
  • They work great
Cons
  • The preference for disposable products over traditional surgical tools may be controversial among some medical professionals
